Zero stars. Awful customer service, rude and VERY irresponsible . I paid this man 10k to represent my brother and I just called the office requesting his file and all he said is: “I don’t have it” . HOW . I work for the state and we are supposed to keep clients files for up to 10 years. So if you don’t want to lose your time and your money with this man, please keep it moving and find another office with better customer service and better services in general . Life will get you later Joel . And I am reporting you to the state bar for holding clients files !!

I called this office to help with a consumer fraud issue and they don’t offer that service so you figure they just say goodbye. The reason for this review is he didn’t have to take the time out of his day to help me. He was friendly and happy to lead me in the right direction. If you ever need a personal injury attorney this is where I would go. For the simple reason he helped me on his own and that leads me to believe if I was his client the effort he would put in would be nothing shy of 110%. Thank you sir.

This man right here is a perfect example of what a lawyer shouldnt do. Only worried about cutting the quickest deal possible showing no care really for his clients. Unethical pratice and rude. He had proof and evidence right in fornt of him and didnt even bother to look. I signed a bunch of papers not realizing what how it woukd affect later because i trusted him. Do not trust this firm!!!!

so I hired Joel after being involved in a car accident, two months later he meets with me to tell me he won't be taking on my case . He completely wasted my time . I would not recommend him to anyone . Mind you I always had to call there office . They never contacted me on my case to tell me what's going on . After I called them they sat there and lied saying that they been trying to reach me for me to fill out documents . Don't waste your time with this lawyer . His reason is that it was my fault in the crash . Whether it's my fault or not tell me from the beginning that you didn't wanna take on the case . And they refused to get the police report. I had to go get it myself.
