This place has become a personal favorite for the family. Food is delicious and the service is good. I recommend going during happy hour as it could be a bit pricey. Steak & Sushi is a must!

The Yellow Fin Tuna Salad was amazing as usual! The plating of it looks so enticing and the mix of flavours is incredible! It is the perfect size for a quick lunch meeting. The dining room is dimly lit as well as being much quieter than the lounge so it is perfect for a lunch meeting. It is a similar feel to Smugglers, just down the street. PRO TIP- Another advantage to eating here is that they do accept reservations. Just make sure to tell the person that you are meeting what name you have the reservation under and then you can wait at the table and make social distancing much easier. The service is quick and friendly so if you are needing a good place for a lunch meeting this is definitely a good place to consider. Hi Joeys Chinook Management, I was at your location on 6 Apr at around 6 pm and the service was great and staff were friendly, however, I noticed all the front end staff are white. If I may I would encourage you to do more diverse hiring to represent your customer base and the population.
What an amazing experience we had last night for my daughter's 17th birthday. the management team and service at this location is the best and i commend them for the best time. i highly recommend dining here and we look forward to returning very soon!!!!
The food was excellent! The service was not good. Our server was more concerned with chatting at the bar then refilling our water glasses. There were a total of 10 people seated. I am not sure we will go back to this location. I should say we received excellent service from the Crowfoot location during a very busy lunch rush a week ago...not sure why the Chinook location employees offer such an inferior customer service experience. Not impressed.
Food and service were great. Edit: The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because my husband and I were seated at a booth at the very back right next to where the servers use the computer and gather supplies. Several servers would use this area to complain to each other about other servers and workers. We go out to eat as a couple so we can get away from the fighting and complaining teens at home, so it was annoying to have to listen to it as we enjoyed our meal.
the food was delicious, they were able to accomodate to our wants and everything. we got the chicken pamasean and sushi cones. if you come, get the sushi cones. end of conversation. just at the beginning, this girl told us she would get us a paper menu, and never did. and near the end, we tried to pay for the bill and went through 3 servers, but other than that. great experience.
We ordered dinner tonight to our surprise it was here pretty quickly! Unfortunately it was not our order, we called and they quickly retook our order. They were not able to get a driver on a Friday night so a staff member personally delivered it, again rather quickly. The food was tasty, warm and the gentlemen was so curious. They also gave us a gift card to apologize. I thank them for going above and beyond to correct our order and ensure we got it in a timely manner. Excellent customer service! We will be back!
