After sales service is undoubtedly the worse ever. The sales team make false promises to you upon selling the vehicle. There after you become second hand stock to them. You have to follow up with them, as if they are the customer. I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

So I purchased a second hand vehicle. Was made all these promises but when I collected the vehicle it was not up to standard. The vehicle has passed roadworthy but there was no wiper blade on the back window and the front windows wiper blades was worn. It took them a week to get the vehicle ‘ready’ after I had to push them to do their work. Be aware that people will tell lies just to make a sale because tomorrow you will be forgotten. I will never refer any person to CMH Nissan Sandton. You want to talk to me ask your second hand sales people, they have my details. Not happy at all.
