Simply the worst experience ever .. I’ve moved for 40 years and only had good experiences with myriad Of international companies .. using crown from. australia was ok only an armoire missing .. never found and not paid anything. This last move was a total disgrace .. everything broken .. paid for crates never done and worse still s company that doesn’t respond or take responsibility. Totally unethical appalling experience of lies and duplicity. Will happily send the photographs to prove my story . Do not store anything or ship anything with the South African branch

Horrible, don't even bother they damage your products and are not willing to pay for the things that they damaged. Poor packing quality and poor communication ! And if you claim they have so much problems with your claim and change the amount so they could win all the time please avoid these people they are just there to make money and don't care about your items, RED FLAG

We have used Crown 3 times in the past , no hassles . This time around , we dealt with Sean Bintley ..... what a disaster !!! Sean will not even bother coming back to a person at all , we have to phone him All the time . We will never use Crown again , and will be telling anyone that asks !!!

My experience has been shocking - I called crown to assist with my pending move to New Zealand and spoke to Jane. I set an appointment for last week Wednesday to be called to advise that the consultant is ill, ( which is fine ) and I will get a call to reschedule. One week later no call from Jane so I call back to enquire, to be told that I cannot be assited at 4pm in the afternoon as they dont come out at this time only during the day. No problem Crown there are many other companies - however beware of your arrogance - just because you are global.....
