The Kyalami branch is absolutely a disgrace, front desk receptionist and bookings Co-ordinate s unwelcoming and unhelpful has a very pretentious attitude and made me and a group of my friends feel extremely unwelcome , she reschueld our appointments twice becuase of lack of communication, did not know what I wanted to get done and had not spoken prior to the tattoo artists as well when the time came for my tattoo to be done an excuse was made that the printers and tattoo equipment is not working and therefore can't provide the service,yet made me wait an hour before informing about this information. When 10 mins later when I left they posting on social media tattooing people... This is highly unprofessional I don't recommend anyone who is outside of there social club to go becuase they are not interested in potential customers and rather spend time doing eachothers makeup in the back of the shop while you waiting to just be told to come back another day..

Great shop space that seems to recycle and train up average tattoo artists. Apparently a six month apprenticeship is all you need to start tattooing for this shop. A great copy and paste tattoo shop but if you want something truly custom that wasn't traced directly off an image from the internet then this isn't the shop for you. Prices are extremely high especially considering the quality of work isn't.

Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff are A1. Had my first ever tattoo here and my wife had 2 and an additional re-touch!
