I wish I could give zero stars. The family court is sadly failing our kids. What a waste of time going there. The court told him to pay and he just didnt and I had to go back everytime and he just didnt pitch. If the punishment was harsh enough for non compliance they would think twice about complying. I have a suggestion, if the fathers say they unemployed, offer them a job at City of JHB to clean the streets and see how quickly they will seek proper employment. Some choose not to work so they dont have to support their kids.
