Looked up Lancet auckland park operating times on the net. Went there at 07h00(opening time per the net) to avoid covid risk for fasting blood tests. Security tells me the laboratory only opens at 08h00 and refers me to a sign that states it opens at 07h00 on the entrance door very frustrating!!!

Went to lancet in Garden city Johannesburg only to find out that they don't do the covid test. I was sent to Auckland Park lancet only to find out out that the don't do the test weekends,but they used to. I called the call center and they also could not assist. How can they not help you during this pandemic. I was sent like a Popeye

truly stunned as a healthcare practitioner by lack of any infection control. no social distancing or monitoring of masks. families arrive en mass. one table and a pen for filling out forms which was never disinfected in the 3 hours I stood in the queue. people are paying by card and the machine was never cleaned. Neither did the 'nurses' follow proper hygienic/disinfection proceedures between patients. They attempted to swab my nose without having disinfected their hands. Very similar issues seen in other countries where you pick up covid from being tested. Obviously nobody has been trained ....this is the perfect place to catch the virus. I suppose it's all about repeat business

Worst telefone service - I needed to claim back from my medical and they are sending me a statement that only has my name and the amount I paid for cash .Nothing to help me to claim back from my medical aid .
