Consultants are disinterested in assisting clients. Regrettably a very poor attitude which make one feel unwanted. I needed a contract urgently but decided to go to Rosebank where service was better and contract upgraded timeously.

Pathetic. A bunch of rude consultants. Attitude stinks. Manager is fine. The rest of the staff should be fired, the consultant Mr. Rustin who helped me the first time is no longer there. Other consultants have absolutely no respect. Poor service. No English-speaking consultants. They're very racist. Not good. Really disgusting.

MTN Melrose Arch, worst service ever, staff have no shame in lying to your face and denying what they told you. The so-called supervisor Michael Rodrigues is a bully, has no idea what customer service is or even what 15 years of MTN loyalty from a client is. His arrogance is shocking. He shouted at me, threatened me without batting an eyelid. MTN is slowly losing clients and one day this will add up and they will wake up and ask "what happened" when the signs were all there. Improve on your service delivery or lose it, respect your clients or lose them, simple
