I went to Rufaro Garments today, they 1stly dont pick up their lines when calling, i got to the store and there are only OVER SIZE uniform left for SPARKS School, the lady at reception called some other lady to please bring me a size 34 for a full Jersey, the lady said she can only bring the Jersey after 5pm, i asked the lady at reception if will she still be open after 5 of the arrival of the jersey and she said NO, i then asked for the location so that i can go get the uniform from the other store and i was told i cant go there because no one has to know where that store is located now how will i get the uniform? i then alternated in the big sizes thinking i will take the uniform to the tailor to downsize for me - BOOM they don't take cash!!!! i left the shop with NOTHING!!!!!!

They didn't have masks when I went. Service is a bit slow but the shop is neatly packed, the staff is really friendly and attend to your needs.

Unwelcoming reception, was told not to touch garments or anything in the shop. In the end I got home to realise I was sold second hand school bag that even had someone else name inside...

Check your slip! They did not give you an invoice in store but email it to you. I have found that I was charged for items that I did not purchase. I was told I will be refunded and I am still waiting!

Worst place ever, terrible service (ladies are not interested in helping) no stock on hand and they don’t pay attention to detail. Bought 2 skirts for my daughter’s school and they gave 1 4 tier and the other 6 tier...had to go back to exchange the one.

Horrible service to say the least, waiting for more than an hour outside. One shop assistant to service close to 50 customer is nonsense.
