I turned up to get a quote. A very unprofessional and very high tempered guy with a clip board came and asked for my name me, which i happily provided, he then started mocking by saying what a strange and a very long my name is.. at this point I have had enough and I asked to stop the estimate and I drove off he got very angry. I would not recommend them they are a joke! terrible customer service and absolutely unprofessional My advise to jhon card management please train this guy with a clip board to be professional and good customer service. And he shouldn't joke with people's name. I'm including everyone or I'm not reviewing their work. I'm being very specific to this guy. there are great staff at jhon card it just wasn't great start with this guy. Thank you for reading

Car wing mirror knocked off by a van. Came here to get a quote and they were able to source a part straight away and fix it within 30 minutes. Absolutely amazing service, very professional and friendly staff. 100% would recommend to anyone!
