I have worked for John Jasper Care since July this year and I cannot speak highly enough of the support & service I have received. After a 'bump in the road' with my career, I was interviewed by Lee who understood exactly what I was going through and explained the opportunities I could have working with the John Jasper team. The rates of pay were higher than other recruitment companies, including a pay rise after 12 weeks, double time bank holidays and holiday pay. I currently work at a placement that suits my background in healthcare who also value me as much as any other member of their permanent staff. Alongside work, my college course has also been accommodated by the placement who have been extremely fair with acknowledging my personal development. After 6 months working for John Jasper care, I am still in regular contact with Lee and the team who are available to help whenever needed. I look forward to continuing in the new year with John Jasper care and feel very optimistic about the future.
