I can highly recommend John Kaye Optometrist as I have been a patient for many years. The expertise and service is impeccable. They have all the up to date equipment. Wonderful help with choosing new Frames from a full and varied selection if needed, and also friendly, kind and helpful staff to assist you which is so important. Even with the present COVID 19 restrictions they can give a safe and valuable service.

I found the staff at John Kaye friendly and very helpful. They explained what they were doing and why. They spent time helping me to choose my glasses .When I went back to collect my glasses they took time to make sure they fitted correctly and gave me advice about the care of them. I highly recommend them.

Best experience i've ever had! Booked in as it had been 4 years since i'd had a test. Previously had gone to the big high street names and always found the service poor and frames over priced. This is not the case with John Kaye. Absolutely fantastic experience, the eye test was thorough and I felt well looked after, when choosing the frames I was given great advice on the shape and clear pricing on any extras I wanted for the lenses. I was told the glasses would be ready in 7-10 days, and in fact they were ready in 6! Adjustments were all free, and able to book in whenever they are needed. When i returned the second time to collect my sunglasses I felt i could do with slightly softer nose pads and they changed them for free. I would recommend if you live in Bedford or the surrounding areas to come to this optician. They really look after you, there is no pressure to buy anything, no confusing deals or hidden costs. Just genuine top quality service from lovely individuals, and quality glasses/sunglasses to boot! I will be returning every year from now on.

Very very good customer service. Love people, the receptionist is superpolite and understanding. They are willing to give you advise when picking you glasses frames in both practically and fashion wise so that they suit you. A very experienced plesant and most importantly attentive oppticianist. All in all the best expericene i have ever had,I,would reccomend to anyone, especially if yu are local to putnoe. 5 stars
