This is the first review I've ever written but the service from John Moore warrants it. I called ahead of an online order to check stock as the item was unavailable in every other online option. They took my name over the phone to ensure the item was held until my order came through. Ordered at midday and it arrived 70 miles away the next morning. Incredible, well done John Moore.

I don't usually leave reviews, but really had to on this occasion. I ordered a pair of trainers from the Website which arrived but unfortunately they were too small. I rang John Moore, they were so helpful, in as much they found 3 other pairs which they sent me pictures of, i choose a pair and they were delivered the very same day, and collected the returned pair. I think this is exceptional service especially in these very strange times. The man who delivered them was extremely polite and very helpful. One very happy customer, I would highly recommend them. Well Done John Moore Sports.

Fantastic service from JMS. I’ve been ordering school uniform and my son had to try on various different sizes of items. Matt was extremely helpful over the phone and Rob came up to the house 3 times to drop off more kit, swap sizes etc. Incredible service! Nothing was too much trouble. How lucky we are to have JMS on our door step. I can’t speak highly enough about the service we received.

Went online to check if the item I was looking for was available. Good website and pleased to see that I could do Click and Collect. But even better than that, they do free local delivery! Excellent service. Arrived at my house on the same day. Really pleased with the whole service. Great local business.

Really happy with my purchase and the service provided. I ordered online and was able to select to have my purchase delivered on the same day for free which was brilliant (especially as we are so close to Christmas, this meant I didn't have to worry about it arriving late in the post, as it was delivered the same day). The staff member who delivered it was friendly and waited for me to open the door and spoke to me before they left. This was reassuring as I know some other companies are notorious for not checking someone is home and just leave the parcel unattended on the doorstep. Another great option with John Moore Sports was that I was able to track my order online.
