I have been seeing Dr. Pallotta for years now. I can't imagine going to any other dentist, especially during the pandemic. I feel completely safe going into the office, considering they have 3 hepa filtration units that cover 750 sq. ft. I also feel comfortable because everyone that works there is fully vaccinated and wears n95 masks.

Customer service absolutely ludicrous!! Especially if you are Brazilian/American . They try to cancel my appointment twice. The actual appointment times were change 4 times between 2 visits. No respect for your time. First visit : temporary crown- terrible job. Temporary crown fell in 4 hours . Dentist assistant stated: “ don’t worry won’t fell, just don’t eat anything chewing “ bs of course. He spoke with me in Portuguese. After waiting for a crown for 2 weeks.. still.. color was wrong. I was offered to exchange and wait.. They couldn’t just made me aware of it over the phone before driving from RI to Ma. I refused waiting any longer , took a lighter color .. I just wanted to be out and done.Paid cash. Could not pay in any other way. Dentist spent 9 min to insert the crown and left the room. No hi, no good afternoon, zero connection. Looks like and feels like He is rushing to make as much cash as he can. That’s all I can think from a dentist that doesn’t spent anytime with his patients. When I called to set up my first appointment.. I was told to come in on Saturday because I am half Brazilian. “Doctor only see Brazilians on Saturday’s .They simply assumed I did not have insurance or Brazilians doesn’t have insurance .I let it play out. Weird business “ LOL - absurd . They did not gave me an option to pay with credit card - only cash. “ Nara, we only accept cash on Saturdays “ Listen carefully: On Saturdays this doctor just accepts cash. - If you are confused about this post. Just know I have proof of all I am stating. Never going back.

Dr. Pallotta us a wonderful and personable dentist. He was very understanding and listens to his patients. Making a trip to the dentist easier to go to. The assistant and hygienist were very sweet and knowledgeable. His office is very clean and welcoming. If you're afraid of the dentist go here, they will put your mind at ease.

I would recommend Dr. John Pallotta and his staff to anyone. I went for whitening and they were very quick and friendly. My other dentist told me that I have three new cavities and I need to fix them but Dr. Pallotta confirmed that I don’t have any, and that was what I thought. He is trustworthy and professional. I am very happy with my experience at Dr. Pallotta’s dental office in Lexington MA.

Dr. Pallotta and his staff are outstanding! They are warm, welcoming, non judgmental and skilled. Shortly after I began to see Dr. Pallotta I found out I was pregnant. Dr. Pallotta made sure to check his data and consult with other colleagues to give me the safest care while pregnant. He ordered special anesthesia to use for pregnant patients and took care of my necessary teeth procedures according to safest timeline with baby in mind. He always takes the time to explain everything he is doing and reasons why. Unlike other dentist, I am never anxious to attend my dentist appointments with Dr. Pallotta. I am always greeted by his friendly staff and am confident in their knowledge and care. If you need a dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Pallotta!

I arrived at Dr. Pallotta's office about fifteen minutes early and he was able to see me before my scheduled appointment, which was highly appreciated. The appointment was for three fillings. Dr. Pallotta was able to numb me properly without any complications. This was a nice contrast to some of my experiences with other dentists in the past, who took multiple tries to numb the proper area. After numbing me, he was able to complete all three fillings both quickly and flawlessly. He is welcoming and easy to talk to, yet also professional; the same goes for the rest of his staff. Overall, this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had, and I highly recommend Dr. Pallotta for all of your dental needs.
