Johns Refrigeration just recently installed a new Trane system and did a remarkable job. They addressed all our issues that arose from a terrible previous installer. They are professional and attentive. I especially appreciated Mike Rowland who analyzed our problems, evaluated our AC needs and followed up after the installation. Mike is very professional and represents John’s commitment to quality service and installation.

From the second I called, till the moment Alex left my house, the service I received from this business was the best. I was able to get an appointment the same day and they contacted me when an earlier appointment had cancelled. They called me again to confirm the tech was in his way. Alex appeared at my door on a RED CARPET! I almost died because it was the cutest and corniest way to be greeted, but I loved it. A little background, we are a family of very capable fixers, so we don't normally need to call service technicians, but our schedules have been off the charts, so it was awesome to call someone that not only provided great work, but in a very timely manner during peak A/C season. I felt they are honest, fair and incredibly courteous. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends.

Ivan arrived at my home within the time frame given for my annual maintenance that is worth it’s weight in gold. Was very polite, even wore boot covers to not track anything through the house. Completed the maintenance and gave me a detailed list and pictures of a few items that are needing some attention sooner than later. Also let me know that it was time to renew my maintenance agreement for the next heating and cooling season to not only get my unit inspected but also rinse my coils and clear my drain line that I have had issues with in the past clogging up. Thanks again Ivan, and thank you John’s refrigeration for having great knowledgeable techs.

I contacted John's for a 4th opinion. We had a bid from our regular A/C guy, and two other companies. One company disabled our system while here for the bid (hopefully an accident). Andrew gave me the cheap option or the more labor intensive elbow replacement option which my regular company and he both recommended. I felt like I was dealing with an honest and well educated owner who was giving good advice and open to completing the work the budget path or the quality path. I went out of my way to write this review because my father-in-law had a great experience getting two units installed with John's and did not review.

John's Refrigeration honored my agreement despite it being slightly past the deadline. They kept me informed via text (my choice) of the status of the service person's arrival. I received a text with the name and photo of the person who would be arriving at my house. Gunnar was the technician who worked on my unit, he was wearing shoe coverings and a mask. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informed me of what he observed. I decided to move forward with the repair.
