I'm so happy I chose this company. I was a little hesitant being this wasn't one of the chain car rental places. I can say now that if I need a rental vehicle this will be the place I go. They offer a great veteran discount. I ended up using the vehicle much longer than I expected. Each time I called to extend I was taken care of immediately by a person not some auto answering service. If you like customer service and a quality rental then I would highly recommend. Thanks to Steve for all of your help.

If you ever need a vehicle in the Johnson City TN area, this should be your first choice. They beat every competitor at every level. They are less expensive and have a level of service second to none. These guys are even able to deliver vehicles to you! They bring the car to your driveway! There's not a catch, the car being delivered is followed by a second 5 Star car that takes the delivery driver back to the office. If you need a rental this should be your only company to consider.
I've had to rent a car due to an accident twice. Both times I've used this company. They made the process super easy, and worked quickly and wonderfully with my insurance policy. It's nearly seamless renting a car from them. Any time I need a car rental, I don't worry. I just immediately call 5 star and usually I have a car to drive by the end of that day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
