I have called multiple times still have not received a call back missing unemployment checks from the last two months haven't received a payment. Only reason I'm giving them one star is because it wouldn't let me put the description down. Or I would give them none not happy at all with the service they're providing. Still need to be able to survive. Not possible with NO MONEY! Nashville or Johnson City unemployment will not let you in or reply. Biggest JOKE I have ever seen in my life!

Do not even show up at this place. I was told by a State Employee that they are not accepting customers at this office that I needed to go on-line, she walked in the door and locked it behind her. She did not even ask what I needed or how she may help me. This is what our tax money pays for. Such a joke and the state of TN should be ashamed.

Out due to medical conditions (cancer and radiation therapy) during covid. They made a mistake on my actual account, not claim, and I have it in writing from them, yet almost 2 months and I still havent gotten any assistance. I have little food, no gas and 3. My family needs help and because of your mistake we are not getting it. We did nothing but do exactly what you told us to, send in the right papers, fill out the right forms, yet my 11 year old son is hungry and my wife is going without her RA medicine because we have no money to get it. You are failing us.

My son was layed off on Virginia side job and lives in Tennessee so he thought he needed to file in the state he lives in. Well no he needs to file in Virginia and the Virginia job paid more. So he has to cancel Tennessee unemployment and he can't get it done now they are paying him on a lesser paid job that he did not get layed off from and in this time of crisis is that fair to the companies. NO it's not and this is the reason companies have become so against employees and consider them extremely expendable and this is why it is hard to get a job in America now days. So the one star I gave is extremely generous.

Dont try calling or leaving a voicemail they ain't worried if we get paid or not I have waited a month for my unemployment and no answers from anyone. I dont understand why they get paid or have a job because they can only see what we see on our own unemployment claims.
