Great deal on the furniture itself, but I was most impressed with the delivery service. After scheduling the delivery, they gave a call ahead to give me time to make it from work back home and to confirm directions. They arrived within minutes of the estimate they gave and upon arrival, did a quick run through of where the furniture would go, which layout we would like and were very respectful of my time and were extremely efficient in unpacking and assembling everything. It's always awkward standing there watching someone else do work but they hit the perfect balance of professional yet funny where it actually makes it an enjoyable experience. After explaining how to disassemble and rearrange the furniture if we ever decided to change things up in the future, they went over the final paperwork and we were done in less than 20 minutes. Top notch all around. These guys deserve a raise.

Dealing with the JC Badcock has been the worst experience. We purchased a bedroom suit from them and they let us know when it would be delivered. As the date approached, we received no communication from them. Had to call them and ask where our stuff was. We were then told that the date had been pushed back. We get the items and the dresser, chest, and lingerie chest were all defective. The lingerie chest was able to be repaired with a paint marker but the other chest and dresser were cracked and broken. Badcock agreed to replace these items and gave us a delivery date. Same thing as before-- no word from them. We actually called them 5 different times asking where our furniture was and each time we got the run around that it was running late and one employee said he didn't know where it was but we could call back on X date and ask if the store received it on their truck that day. That's piss-poor customer service when you make the customer have to track down where their items are. Fast forward to delivery day the second round, I call to schedule a time and I'm told that there is no rescheduling because the drivers have a set route. WHY would I need to schedule a time if it's set?? I was told that the only other option would be for them to see if they had enough time in the afternoon, after all their other scheduled stops, but that it wasn't guaranteed. We decide to miss work to be there for the morning delivery. We called they day before to confirm the delivery and we were told they would be there right about 9am. An hour later, no one has arrived or even called to say they were running late. We call them and we were told that we had requested to move the delivery to 3-7pm that day. NO WE DID NOT. To say we are irate and DONE with them is an understatement. We are at the point to where we want to return all of the items and be done with them for good.

I went out looking for several days trying to find the perfect recliner and I finally found one at Badcock. The salesmen each time I went there were as nice as could be. They showed me all the areas to find what I wanted and did not Hassel me allowed me to find what I wanted. They were really nice and I will shop there again when I need items.
