I purchased a car recently with the help of Ethan Jenkins. I was treated with respect and made to feel as if I were the only person that mattered to them. I will never go any place else to buy a car. The whole team took their time and explained every detail. It was the best vehicle purchase I have ever had.

I bought a car from this dealership, buy the time I got home it had quit on me 3times. When I took it to the Service Department, it again quit on me 3 times. The checked it out ,they told me it would cost me 1316.to repair it .I looked at another car and it had a really bad oil leak. Do not buy nothing from them. I bought another car from them and before I got home, there was several lights came on. I had a mechanic run a test on it, the Catsytic converter is bad, the O2 sensor is bad and the Thermostat is bad. I am a Widow and, live on a fixed income. But did they care ,Nooo.. BTW both cars are back on the lot and nothing has been fixed on either vehicle.
I bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago with the help of Skippy and could not have asked for a better salesman. He was very patient with me and answered every single question I had during the whole process. I am very grateful to him for being so kind and genuine because now I have a car I feel comfortable putting my growing family in and that means the world to me. I will definitely be coming back to him whenever I need a new car. Thank you so much Skippy.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not go here. We bought an 08 Tahoe and driving it home the day we bought it the low oil pressure light comes on and the engine light. It cost us 500 to fix that, after calling Skippy and was told he would call back after he checked some things out but never heard from him. After paying to get it fixed we are told that the engine in the car is not the original engine and there was too much oil and that could cause damage. Clearly it did because we are having to replace our engine. Do not go here, they are not honest people and they do not care about their customers or what they are getting
Bought a Chevy from Chris Saletto a week ago and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Walked us thru all our options and was very helpful. I plan to check here first when I buy my next vehicle.
Prices are great and customer service is awesome. Very great buying experience. I bought an 08 Silverado from Chris. Cool dude and honest salesman.
I went in to look at a truck and it looked good but when I looked at the tires I noticed a chunk out of the left front and the other 3 tires were bald. I was willing to overlook that but when I tried to negotiate with the salesman he wouldn't budge. I told him I will have to put new tires on it right away so that's a minimum of 800 dollars. He said somebody would buy the truck without even looking at the tires and I said and your ok with that? I can't believe a dealership with the Bill Gatton name would put a unsafe vehicle on the road. This man was rude and now I know why he didn't give me his card. He dropped the price 42 dollars what an insult. He told me we might replace one tire. Really? I wouldn't walk in that building if that had the last vehicle on earth.
I would have shouted my purchase to the roof top and back of my 2011 Chev Avalanche , until the check engine light and the oil sensing gauged malfunctioned the second week I had it home only had one week and I had Mr. Whiter, the Manage of Bill Gatton Mazda, singing the buyer be ware song of you Bought it AS IS, All I ask for was some help in off-setting the cost of repairs on a vehicle they had since Oct 2020. The CAR FAX did not reveal anything wrong and they did tell me about the tire sensing gauged been on. Now I have a check engine light. I ask nicely for then to assist me with the repairs, but NO! You had the option of taking the truck to a mechanic of your choice. Wrong answer you would not even let me drive the vehicle without the salesman being in the vehicle with me! Put your tail between your legs and run if they try to you underwater like they did me. I traded in a perfectly good vehicle with no issues for a vehicle I will have to put in over 1300 so I can enjoy my new used 2011 Truck. I would have been better off to put my money in a CD and it roll interest instead of being so unhappy and not able to sleep. The nerve to ask me to give them my family and friends as a referral. No you did not earn it. I was patient not pushy until I read Mr. Whitaker's email responds to my complaint about the needed repairs. Why do you ask your customer is there anything you need, if you have no intentions of helping your neighbor. I see that as jester of good will only and not being sincere on your part.
