This place is a joke. First of all, upon moving in November 2, 2016 the garage was not finished, the stairs were also not finished and there were patch jobs along the walls of the garage that were left untouched.There are no peep holes in the front doors so you can never see who is knocking. The pool is a solid 3ft deep all the way around. It's super small, so when 5 or more people come to swim, it's over crowded. They send out emails every week about complaints of playing music at the pool and they do not allow any alcohol of any sort. Oh and you are limited to ONE guest to accompany you at the pool. Don't count on getting your deposit back because they automatically take 200 of your deposit for an administration fee, which is just their way of legally guaranteeing they will keep at least 200 of your deposit. If something doesn't need to be replaced after you move out, they will replace it anyway with your deposit because they want to keep every dime. I moved out November 2, 2017 and they charged me 2 days rent at 48, however, when I moved in November 2nd of 2016, they did not pro-rate the rent, I paid a full months worth...hmm kind of funny the way run these apartments. Move in at your own risk. I guarantee you can find a better running establishment with better amenities and a better chance of getting your deposit back.

Great place to stay A few problems with parking due to the poor layout of the streets and parking areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance is fast and reliable.
