Mr. Cates did the most fantastic job on our home, the brick stairs leading to our doorway look brand new! People have noticed and actually asked if we had the brick replaced. The transformation is amazing! Ken showed up first thing in the morning and had our home sparkling clean by 10am! He was prompt, professional and super knowledgable. I would recommend him any day of the week!

This is my 5th or 6th time using \Cates Property Services\. Mr. Cates has done repeated house/siding cleaning for me for years. First time back in early 2000's. He is always professional. He is on time or he calls to reschedule. He never leaves you hanging. His equipment and use of cleaning chemicals is first class. This week he pressure washed my log home. It looks much much better. The treatments last also. He also cleaned my very \mossy\ paver patio. Excellent job! Looks brand new! Mr. Cates and his work ethic are at the top of my list of contractors I have used through the years. I would never use anybody else to do my pressure washing.
Hello, Ken has pressure washed my home since 2013, every 2 years. Also has done a property i was selling. Ken has always done an outstanding job, both pressure washing and concrete cleaning. Very professional and honest, also price for doing my home has stayed the same since 2013. He has also clean my shed at no extra charge.
