Hands down the absolute best service I have ever had!! I will be going back in the future. Piper has not only the best attitude but goes above and beyond to help you get what you need. Chuck is great. I really enjoyed how he was able to just talk to us like we have been friends forever. They do more in ten minutes than most people do in ten days. The communication with them is great. They really understood my dire need for help with getting into a vehicle today and they made that possible with in just a couple of hours. They're like dream team. I wish every experience could be as easy-going smooth and comfortable as they made today's experience. They definitely made a return customer.

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've had. I couldn't recommend any dealership more than Chaperral in Johnson City! The staff there were very caring and eager to help when they heard about my cause--I had been raising funds to buy a vehicle for an elderly person in my community whose car was very old, in disrepair and no longer running. They had a REALLY nice clean 04 Escape that I was able to purchase within the price range of funds we had available that met all of the needs on my list. The vehicle was unbelievably nice and the recipient was thrilled to get it! Friendly staff, nice vehicles, great prices! I will look here when I make my next purchase! Thank you!!!

Mr. Kennedy, the Warranty Manager, was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure our experience was the best! Mr. Plaster, our direct contact in the service office, did a great job of keeping us informed on the progress of the diagnostic testing and on all potential fixes that would be tried. He also helped us secure a rental car to use while our car was being looked at. Everyone at the Chaparral service office is super friendly and go out of their way take care of you and make sure you're satisfied with the service. We have a GM service dept that's closer to our house that we could use, but we prefer to travel an extra 30 minutes to Chaparral because of the great and friendly service!

Great experience great dealership! I found a new 2021 Yukon Denali XL on their website and I live almost 1000 miles away from their location. The vehicle that I was looking for was one of only a few available across the nation with the color combinations we were looking for. I called and initially talked to Piper who was extremely nice and helpful. Piper immediately set me up with Andrew. Andrew worked very hard for my business and took care of all of our needs. He had the best price by far that I could find on that particular vehicle. I drove there the very next day once we made a deal and picked up the vehicle. Terry took care of all the paperwork in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. Once I took delivery of the vehicle Andrew set me up with Mike who actually sat down with me in the vehicle and went over every single feature of the vehicle and showed me how to use it. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and takes great pride in his work. This was a great car buying experience and I would gladly do it again.

Put us in a car that was out of our budget and has a bad tire didn't tell us interest rate 16.5 % is outrageous! I had decent credit. Liked the people and got us in car same day
