Great customer service! I had a problem with the shipping time so I requested a refund. They answered promptly and gave me a refund as well as the shoes! I will definitely be shopping on this website again. It says something about the company to be this generous, especially during this pandemic when money is scarce.

Best selection of shoes in the area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also, you DO NOT need to be a runner to get your shoes here. I highly recommend going here if you have foot, back, hip issues. Let them help you!!!! (If you have orthotics, bring them with you for the best fit)
Good selection of running shoes and apparel. Sales staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There is a treadmill to check fit and feel. Staff will even let take a short test run outside. Excellent return policy. I will be going back.

This review is for their online services. I would not recommend ordering from the web site. Inventory is off so they had to refund my money for what I ordered and didn't have. Then when they did have it they have seem to have lost my order in the mail which never got a tracking number. The service in the store was great when I did go there but not the online stuff.
