I didn't visit them - they dropped off a shipment to my home. Very courteous. Arrived on time and took away discarded trash.

Corporate Moving Specialists handled the local delivery of my military move. The movers took my screen door off the hinges of my home, misplaced screws, and broke a piece while trying to attach it and informed us that it probably won’t stay on and if it does, to contact them. We contacted them and they told us to file it with our furniture claim, after doing so, it got denied because they told them it wasn’t reported to them. Now the company is denying that they broke the door or that we had contact with them. I wish I could give a zero or negative star rating, but I sadly have to give them at least a one star. This is pitiful as I will have to pocket out money to replace my door that the company broke. I would not recommend them to anybody, especially military affiliated, because we already get screwed out of everything anyways.
Really bad communication and lack of coordination.
This Company is Owned by Quick way in Johnson city, there Staff and Help is a mess would never never Recomend them to anyone,Warning stay away from.
Their customer service is disgusting.
