It’s ok? If you’re looking for a cheap hotel it works. Bring ear plugs if you’re bothered by noise. The room was fairly clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable but the hallways do smell like cigarettes (room was fine) and the walls are paper thin. Hotel needs some repairs. I’m my room, sink was missing a nozzle and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. There’s a Chinese/Thai restaurant attached and a Captain D’s across the street if you’re just done driving. When you get close turn in like you’re going to captain Ds. They have a sign but it’s small and shared with the restaurant. Easy to miss from the road.

While the staff was helpful and gracious, this may be the most disgusting hotel I have ever set foot in. The rooms smell of smoke so terribly that you can smell it before opening the room door. Everything except the sheets appeared filthy. There are things visibly growing in the pool (through the cover). It was so bad we checked out immediately.

Needs a detailed cleaning. Advertises outdoor pool, but closed "due to covid for the season"

Rooms were disgusting. “Non smoking” room reeked of smoke. Fire alarm ripped out of ceiling. Looked like leftovers of drugs under one bed. A fully loaded gun magazine under another bed.

Run away. It took 40 minutes to check in because of computer glitches. I finally got my key card and drove around back to find my room. The back of the hotel had so many people walking around and in and out of rooms. It looked like a drug den/brothel situation was going on. I didn't feel safe at all. No flipping way was I staying. Got in the car and took off. Threw the key card out the window on the way out. Found another hotel 15 miles away. What a world of difference. I don't care I was out the money or points. My life is more important.

From the moment we entered the room, until the time we left (we checked out early), this place was disgusting! There were stains on the towels, sheets, and wash cloth. Had all linens replaced, towels, and even changed rooms TWICE.....the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the rooms AND they GAVE SOME OTHER COUPLE a KEY TO OUR ROOM at approximately 5 a.m. in the MORNING!!!!!!!!! The breakfast was even subpar. The place is not safe, and we could have been robbed and killed that day. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to my worst enemy. I will say that the front desk staff were very apologetic

When we checked in, there was a DJ with Karaoke in the bar of the Asian restaurant attached to the lobby of the hotel. It was extremely hard to hear the clerk. When we asked for a luggage cart, we were told that he didn't know where they were. We found one by the elevator but found that one of the wheels was broken. Once we got into our room, we found that they have not vacuumed behind the night stand & bed for quite some time (I even found a bottle cap back there), the room phone did not work, our view was a brick wall, the toilet barely flushed, there were burn holes in the old carpeting, one of the washcloths in the bathroom had dirt on it, the AC didn't want to work and the cover fell off, the floor in the breakfast area was sticky, the building itself is dirty and the grounds have weeds all over, the person overseeing the breakfast area was talking to other staff about working at the hotel (not very nicely either). The only reason we stayed the first night is we had driven over 12 hrs and were too tired to complain. When we contacted the desk clerk the next morning, she didn't seem overly concerned about our list of complaints and didn't even offer a discount. We cancelled our reservation for the 2nd night and went to a much nicer hotel just down the road. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. The photos on their website are not representative of the Johnson City hotel location; I would not recommend that site until some major renovations are completed.
