The lady whom I spoke with over the phone gave me a quote. I liked it so I went into the office to get a policy. Once I was there, the quote seemed to keep getting higher and higher. After about 15 minutes or so she was able to get me a much better quote than originally thought. She was very patient and explained everything I had questions about. And she did so in a manner I understand. By the end of the visit and things were almost all wrapped up, we started conversing about the area. ( I am new to here) and she was so friendly. She and her co-worker made me feel comfortable and welcomed. We also shared a couple of laughs and she told me about a few things in the area. Really appreciated and enjoyed my experience here.
