My husband and I absolutely love Dr. Caffrey. The staff are all very nice and helpful!!! Dr. Caffery is very understanding and truly want to help you with your addiction. They leave snacks out in the lobby for you. They want to focus on your mental health and i think that i great and the underlying cause of my addiction. I would recommend Dragonfly and Dr. Caffrey to any and everyone.

I've been a part of their recovery program for a year now and they have always been there for support and making sure I'm being the best me. Even after hours if I have had concerns or problems they are ALWAYS there to help in a reasonable time. Lisa, Autumn, and Dr. Reach are legit the best in the area. I have been to other Drs for substance abuse previously but it never worked because they cared more about getting people in and out to collect money. Sometimes you do have to wait, but from experience, they are providing critical 1 on 1 with a recovering addict and actually taking the time to address the problem and solution. Overall if you are serious about changing your life, this is the place to go. If you are just trying to get drugs to abuse or sell, keep it moving past Dragonfly, they are NOT going to be a place you feel comfortable at.

I only give 1 star because I have to in order to leave this review. Never go here if your truly seeking help!!! I send someone very close to me not once but twice mainly due to price and the ratings.( at which the staff more than likely write themselves). And they send them away both times. Now the 1st time they relapsed and time will tell if they do this time. These people need another training in addiction or find a different job! I would have wrote this on there website but even that they cant get right when it comes to leaving a comment. They are obviously a pill mill that want people that really dont need the medicine considering they send someone that truly need help away. They know how to discourage someone that's for sure! They would not know what a true addict in distress is if they would have smacked them right in the face. Seriously first step in Bristol is wonderful if you can afford it. Dr. Hicks in Bristol is great if you can afford it. But God for bid if you can't. Choose anywhere else unless of course your no longer withdrawing and can wait a few days. Give me by tomorrow and I will update everyone with who to go to on a budget and who will actually care.
