When comes to foundation issues and structural engineers its hard to know who to trust and if you are receiving sound advice. Most foundation companies will use scare tactics and make things seem way worse then the problem actually is and in my experience both foundation/structural engineers will throw out bloated consult fees to just show up with no guarantee on return. I was referred to Foundations Systems Engineering by a local builder whom I have known for a while. I had contacted several other structural engineers. in the regional area of Eastern, Tennessee but I am located specifically in the Johnson CIty Area to anyone who is in this area....but George Cross of Foundations Systems Engineering was the only person who took time out of his day on the phone to ease my worries about a potential foundation issue I was encountering with my home. He gave me sound advice that eased my mind after describing what I was encountering with my house. The fact that he took the time to just talk and give me advice means a lot. If I do need to have an onsite consultation for my foundation I will not hesitate to hire George Cross at Foundations Systems Engineering in the future. Thank you.
