We worked with Scott. His knowledge and years of experience were priceless. We were needing a wood stove put into a home from the 1800's. The chimneys are very brittle and we were uncertain about safety concerns, home insurance covering us, etc. He answered all of our questions. Explained the safest route to take and his suggestions were readily accepted by our insurance company. Scott and his brother also came out to our home and installed our stove along with inserting a chimney liner. They were extremely courteous and professional, yet down to earth and friendly. They were on time and informative about what they were doing. Our home was left neat and tidy...which took some effort considering all the rubble, dust, ancient ashes and soot that were clogging the chimney. Scott is phenomenal. If he ever leaves Hearth and Patio, my business will follow him.
