This is no longer Hot Topic, but Lunchbox. They sell all sorts of cool items. From Dragonball Z, to My Hero Academy, Starwars, Disney, and all sorts of anime and such. Clothes, toys, collectibles, accessories. The cool part is, if you spend like 15.10, they will round up to the next even dollar and donate that change to the local food bank. Plus, for every 10 you spend, the provide a meal for someone in need through the national food bank. This alone gives me incentive to shop here. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

They lie about the capacity in the store, Me and my friend were trying to get into hot topic but the lady who was standing near the door while she was on her phone said the capacity was full, but when I looked through the store windows I saw no one but 2 other workers in there. She didn’t even check to see if the store was full. That’s why I’d rather go to the spencers right beside of it instead of that hot topic that only apparently only allows the capacity of 5 people in there, this is bs

I’m so glad this establishment is taking the mask mandate seriously. I feel better shopping here knowing that their staff go the extra mile to make sure their customers are safe. I’ll be back for more hair dye and chokers in the near future.

Worse customer service I’ve ever witnessed! The girls working in there are so rude. Eye rolls and stares because we had 2 kids in strollers! Even when I went in to do a pick up order a week ago they were so unfriendly! It’s real unfortunate this is the only clothes my niece will wear

I hope they replace the lady standing at the door with someone else, she won’t let anyone even when the store is empty or barely full. Last Saturday, She was being rude and wouldn’t let me and my kid in. We waited almost 25 minutes later to go back up and check and still wouldn’t let us in. Idk if she’s the manager but if so she’s one rude manager, if not she needs to stop acting like she owns the store

I went into hot topic today with my boyfriend and I understand that you have to wear a mask... So me and my boyfriend put our mask on. I have really bad asthma and I started to have an asthma attack so I take my mask off and go to get my inhaler and the women working there said " You can't be in here without a mask on" I replied to her saying " I have asthma" and my boyfriend told her that I was having an asthma attack then she replied saying " IF YOUR NOT GOING TO WEAR A MASK YOU HAVE TO GET OUT!" I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!
