Susan, at the Johnson city location, helped me to file my taxes this year. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did pay more than when I would do my taxes myself but I did get over twice the amount as a return from last year, so I think it is well worth it. I would and have definitely recommend their services for your tax needs. I only felt with Susan, who was wonderful, but I’m willing to bet all their employees are as professional and knowledgeable as Susan was.
