Went to 2521 North Down at Jonson City location with the intention of purchasing at least two new suits for my job since I wear a suit every single day. Walked in went straight to the suits looked at my size to check a couple different options tried on two different jackets tailored and traditional fit. I wanted to make sure that the sizing ran similar if not the same to my Brooks Brothers suits that I currently own. Continued to look around had to move out of the way of two employees walking by so we weren't in their way. Roughly 10 minutes into air visit to the store my wife and I still had not even received a simple hello. A ladyy walked in was almost immediately greeted. she was there to pick up something that had been tailored. At this point finally a employee asked if we could be helped I said no we're leaving we've been here for 10 minutes nobody even said hello. Now I get that they had several customers not talking six seven or eight maybe four with three employees. No one spoke to me or my wife for nearly 10 minutes. I am a easy sale new what I wanted wrap them up let's go. No muss no fuss it should of been.

Came in for small alteration, didn't need to call ahead. Staff is the penultimate of professionalism. Can get tailored clothes specifically for you. Will definitely be coming back for a tailored shirt, sounds like great prices for lifetime free alterations.

I like this place. Great prices, excellent selection and it's real nice having a professional assist you. Maybe you have to be old like me, to remember that that is how it used to be in all men's clothing stores. Anyway, I have purchased a number of articles of clothing that were rather unique, affordable and have elicited random compliments from strangers. The ultimate validation, in my view.

Had a shuffle of groomsmen 72 hours prior to my wedding due to military travel restrictions... the awesome staff at the Johnson city location were able to accommodate 2 new additions to the wedding party within that time frame without any issues whatsoever. The manager and associates were incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond in order to help. Would highly recommend this location and company to anyone.

Excellent service and selection. Colt was very helpful, tentive to all the needs of my fiancée and . He offered great advice and guidance in picking the perfect suit for our wedding. Overall he made it a very enjoyable experience.
