My family and I have been patients of Dr. Greg Keith for years. He is one of the finest optometrists in this area and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. It is my understanding one of his employees on her own personal time exhibited some repugnant behavior which Dr.Keith found completely unacceptable. The employee was immediately terminated. Dr. Keith should be judged only by his actions and he did the right thing.

Keith Family Vision has been our families eye care clinic for over 20 years. Prior to them, we used several other local providers and we are so fortunate to have found such a caring and professional team.

Dr. Keith hands down is the best eye Dr. in the Tri Cities. It is unfortunate that I have to leave a review such as this. I have seen Dr. Keith for 7 plus years, I even brought my daughter here last year. The reason for this review is due to Gail in the front office. Because of her poor attitude and disrespectful nature I have decided to switch offices. It is very sad that after this many years I have to leave this office because I am not sure how I will be treated by one employee. This week I had appointments set for my daughter and I. I cancelled those appoints due to the fact I did not want my daughter to walk into that office and Gail to be disrespectful to myself or possibly even my daughter. When I canceled my appointments, Gail was actually pleased. Gails indignant, classless and spiteful attitude does not represent the entire office. Both Dr. Keiths and the rest of the staff are amazing and if you can get by Gail are worth the visit. I wish that office well and will miss the care that I use to receive.
