Dr. Gilliam did a great job with our kids. He made them feel less nervous during the exam by telling jokes. Everyone in the office was very nice. When it came time to choose glasses for my son the staff at Lens Crafters were very helpful in breaking down our insurance policy. Additionally, we are grateful for the protection plan that is offered. It gives us a peace of mind in case the glasses get damaged in any way.
It's been 20 days and my glasses are not ready yet! And they won't be for at least another week because the lab only sent one lens to the store! I should have paid attention to the prior dismal reviews.
