If you want to feel like a valued customer, don't expect it here. I won a free basic oil change from T-Mobile and made my appointment last week, adding a note in the comment section that I had a code for the oil change. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the desk, who I assume was the owner, asked if I was the one with the free oil change from T-Mobile. All I managed to get out of my mouth was a "yes" before he quickly let me know that it was a corporate thing and he couldn't afford to give away free oil changes. I let him know a phone call would've been nice, so I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas. He had a week to let me know he wasn't going to honor it and didn't, but didn't hesitate when I walked in the door. Everyone that walks in the door is a potential customer, but not me. I won't go back..very poor representation of the company.

This store was open when everyone else was closed. They were very friendly and took care of my brakes very quickly. The rates were reasonable and I will be taking my vehicle to them in the future.

I went for the Veteran's day deal for the basic oil change which was online. When I got out of my car I was met by a employee who asked if he could help me? I told him that I was wanting a oil change and I was a Veteran. He said the best he could do for my car was 10 dollars off?? If this is how you do business and honor our Veteran's I'm very disappointed in your business. Never getting my business again.

My car's engine began leaking fluid. During him fixing this, he found many other things with my car. I had everything looked at by someone else for a second opinion, and while he was correct about all the other problems, he over charged me on everything. He also refused to take my car's warranty/service plan after telling me that he would. His last words to me before I drove off were "Come back in a few days when the check engine light comes back on. I want to know what goes first." The check engine light did indeed come back on after having the car back for two days. I did not take it back it him.

Paid upwards of 300 for an alignment and to fix a high pitch whine in my just purchased '02 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Was told by mechanic everything was fixed, as I was driving home the whine came back. Took it back and mechanic insisted he had fixed it but said to leave it another day. Waited til 4pm to be told it would take another day, then 3pm on day 3 mechanic called and said he fixed it in the first place and didn't hear the whine at all. Went to pick it up, whined coming home and called mechanic to be told he couldn't do anything because he fixed the problem (which never happened). Jeep has whined loudly since, and alignment has gotten worse than it should have already in only a month and a half. Told everyone of my bad experience there and Would NEVER service any of my vehicles there again. 300 bucks wasted on nothing.

That guy seems know nothing about the coupon shows on their website. And did not do nothing except basic oil change it supposed have a lot more check service with oil change. When i ask did u do the tire rotation he told me its betterto no do that... I think he just got lazy af.
