This was my first visit to the Johnson City, TN Men’s Wearhouse on North Roan Street. I think it’s a really good location, They’re very strict regarding covid precautions. I was helped by Ken. He seems like a friendly guy, he showed me some very nice shirt/tie combinations and ironed a shirt after purchase. Extremely happy with my purchases. I do think Ken could improve his customer service skills. He made things slightly uncomfortable in a couple ways. I told him, he apologized if he used any annoying words or phrases. Check out the old Toys R Us building in parking lot next door!

We went in to purchase a new suit for my husband. Megan was a huge help! She took care of all the details needed to get him fitted for his suits cheerfully. We have visited other stores where the associates do not seem “ happy to help you “. But this store and its associates are different. We will definitely be return customers here!

We came in today to find a suit for a wedding. We were greeted by Dane who helped us through the whole process. He was so helpful and found us great deals of things we really wanted. We walked away with three suits instead of the one we came for but we were so happy we did since Dane helped us find perfectly suited things. (Pun intended)

Very nice store clean and well stocked. They didn't have the coat, we were looking but the gentlemen working there was very helpful.

Don't not rent from this place. We rented tuxedos for a wedding. The measurement were off, it was ridiculous. One tuxedo was 6 sizes to big, and too long,. The other tuxedo was size to small, and the groom barely was about to put it on. They almost ruined the wedding. There is no reason to get these measurement incorrectly. Two separate visits to size, and you get it wrong twice. They offered some refund, for measurement that they messed up. Do not rent from them. I would rate them a zero if I could
