I have been trying for over a month to get my proper insurance on file with them to file the claim. The collection department is rude and refuses to listen, just telling me to call the insurance. BUT I can see in the claims portal no claim has been filed yet. I have asked for the collection manager to call me back with no success.

I rate 3 stars because my patient experience here is fine. For the first couple of months paying my bill was fine. I make a payment every month...After 6 months the billing department has started getting snarky. They want me to increase my payment amount and threaten to send me to collections because I don't agree to a payment plan w/ their agreed dictated amount. \Beth\ is very rude. I think she gets more irritated because I'm not phased by her threats. I told her to send it on-I can only pay what I have and told her what I do with my tax refund is none of her business. Oh well. It's a shame that a good patient experience is dampened by the financial department.

The business never sends a bill. Get a form from McCoy collection asking for 10.11. I called mountain empire and was told they could not see information due to the turn over to collection... I refuse to pay collection agency due to never receiving a statement...mountain empire agree to take the payment and they are sending note to Mccot to cancel

They are usually ok but they misdiagnosed me about seven years ago. They said my knee was ok but when I took the MRI to my Dr. he said I had a torn meniscus. They even sent me a bill for the copay!
