All employees are extremely helpful. Highly respect Chuck, Store Manager. He is on the floor helping customers with any questions they have. One of the best retail stores. Brent, one of the salesmen, spent the time I needed to help me with a project I was working on. I highly recommend this Northern Tool and Equipment store. Very respectful to older customers and this is not the case with many retail stores.

I was looking at the other local stores like this and no one else carried what I needed only order online and wait a week. I needed this product today and they had it in stock. The woman at the front knew exactly what I was talking about and told me what isle and even had printed off instructions and info about it from their website when I got to the register to pay. I'll be back for sure! Awesome experience!
