Hello. I read the reviews and all I can say is Wow to some of them. I've worked for Ppl Ready in Johnson City for awhile now. The whole staff has always been very helpful. I'm always on a ticket. Sometimes there is brief intervals of little to no work based on the weather or your own background. But it never last long. They do very much care about your work ethic and all that good stuff..... I've seen the ppl at this place go way beyond to help their employees. If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't have a job. Yes I'm a convicted felon. Nobody wanted to give me a chance. They did..... So if you need to make extra money for a day or overtime and doing different jobs is appealing to you. Then this is your place. They have all kinds of jobs and temp to hire stuff too...

Great company I love working for them
It took them four days to get me signed up. They acted as if that was the normal time it takes, but my husband signed up in North Carolina and they got him signed up and on a job the very next day. They have terrible people skills. An I heard the one lady making fun of a worker saying she was on steroids and that's why she is always emotionally unstable. I didn't want to hear their gossip when I was there to feed my daughter. They need to go to training for this job because it's obvious they didn't get any to work there. Oh and I notice that when they broadcast a job, you can accept it immediately but they will wait a few hours to tell you that job has been filled. Very unprofessional. I'll recommend this job to no one. Not even a starving homeless person should be as needy as to work at this people ready location. I wish I could rate it a zero star. Pathetic class
I'm trying to help my friend get his pay check. Good luck guys, you can not even get a person on the phone. Otherwise I have no idea BUT he still has not gotten paid on the card. So as of now, 1 star.
One of the best temp service a person could go to. Kim and Sarah are awesome and always willing to help as long as a person wants to work.
I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a job. They have the best customer service, recruiting, and branch manager I’ve ever worked for. Very professional, helpful, and always looking out for your best interests while helping you further your career.
Wish could give them a 0. The place is nasty uncalled for. The bathroom was so nasty. One of the three should clean up no excuse that they want give you a cleaning lady. Only take 30mins in morning or 30 before closing. Yes they do talk behind peoples back why customers are sitting there I was just with a friend (I would never us them). But signed up for text messaging alerts got rude messages back! Should be able to text jobs get a listing so not real sure what the text messaging service is about.
It would be nice if you actually had people answer your phones. Your automated system is not helpful whatsoever.
