LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Left there with empty pockets but a full heart! The manager, Mandy Bailey went above and beyond to make my experience more than just a shopping trip, but made me feel like I was family. She has the best taste and helped me completely switch up my mundane daily life so now when I enter my kitchen I get the best feeling! Thank you Pier1 for having the BEST employees!

Normally I love peir 1 but they want they were treating customers today I've lost all respect for them. Making people stand in long lines and not letting people go in. I'm all for being safe right now but I've been in smaller stores than this right now on not been done this way. Some of us have medical issues and are disable and can't stand in a long line in the heat. You all are discriminating against people.like us and it's wrong. I hope you all stop this. You're not preventing germs any way with people touching stuff anyway and to make matters worse we can't even use the bathroom none else is treating people like this. I hope you rethink what you're doing.
I shop both the Bristol and Johnson City stores and service is outstanding! The employees make you feel special even if you don’t buy anything. I call Pier One my happy place! Their displays are fantastic!
My mother loves this place. I was buying a gift card. It seemed sold out. Everything wqs on sale. The company is closing nearly half their stores. Rumors of bankruptcy on the horizon. Pity. Will shop again.
I know I dealt with the assistant manager but I can’t remember her name. I think it was Ashley but I’m not sure. However, she was super friendly the whole time I was there and not only with me but every other customer and they were very busy. She was a great worker!!!!
I like this store but it is overpriced. Even the going out of business prices were over priced.
Absolutely love this location! Store is always super clean and put together. The manager Nia is incredibly helpful and super sweet evertime I shop there!! Always my go to place, especially for Holiday decor.
I love this store! It’s always so clean and organized and the employees are always so helpful with any questions I have. I have never had a bad experience with this location. The store manager is always so welcoming.
