I made an order and the guy refused to drop the container because of weather. However my son in law was shoveling out what little snow there was... then when I called about getting it rescheduled I was told the order was canceled by someone. Not by me though. Now I've spent three days waiting on the container and have 3 days left to find somewhere to store my belongings and get out of this house. If you are depending in service, dont depend on this company.

I had a very poor experience with PODS. They require very long lead times for pick up or delivery, and had limited delivery days available to my location, which extended the time it took to get my household items delivered by a couple of weeks. The driver also damaged my neighbors fence and I've spent over six weeks trying to get a claim processed. Their claims people will not respond to emails or calls and have not provided any status updates on the claim. In the meantime I've already had to pay for the repair to my neighbors fence and I'm out the money for their negligence.

They do not cover the place I was moving to, so NOT ABLE to use them!!!
Pods has been an excellent solution for my move. They are excellent meeting their deadlines for drop off and pick up. Very satisfied with their service, highly recommend them
