I could not ask for better service, or experiences with my representatives, William and Mackenzie at the Johnson City Princeton Self Storage facility. I checked & compared this facility to various others in the area, and knew when I left here, I’d be back because of the initial friendliness, and willingness extended by Will. Mackenzie is equally as friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to my visits & throwing up a hand to wave, or stopping by to chat for a second with these guys. Thanks, you two, for exceeding customer service standards. You are a genuine pleasure to deal with!

Amazing people. Very straight forwarded and I could even feel that I could trust my stuff being there. Even with the COVID and me loosing my job and apartment in the same week. It was a little difficult one month with my bill and they worked me and wasn't rude about it at all. Very recommended
This is a wonderful facility! I had the pleasure of meeting very kind employees there and I have full trust in them and the facility as a whole! It is also cheaper than other places I’ve seen with just as high quality! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Four star only because we used this location to return a Penske Truck. The Star Wars gentleman was awesome! He was super friendly and very welcoming
