I waited an hour to be seen after scheduling an appt to be there. The nurse who did my assessment was very nice and she had asked another nurse to help with keeping my eye open during a part of the exam. The nice nurse asked her to use gloves since she was touching my face but she refused. This made me uncomfortable especially during these times and having her bare hands on my face so close to my eyes. I wish I had said something while I was there but didn’t want to cause the nice nurse any trouble. I don’t plan on coming here again but please wear gloves especially if you are touching someone’s face!

I drove two hours for a Lasik consult (by appointment) at Reeves eye center only to arrive and be informed that they weren’t doing consults today. “We forgot to call yesterday and let you know” was the reply I received from the receptionist. Wouldn’t deal with them ever again!

I have never had so many issues with an eye rx in my life. I've never had a doctor look me in the face and tell me it was my problem that his prescription was wrong. Hundreds of dollars later and I'm going back to wearing my old prescription because it's better than the one I got from Reeve's Eye.

After being diagnosed with angle closure glaucoma, Dr.Taylor and staff have taken very good care of me. There are not very many doctors that have the compassion they have for the patients. They keep you informed on all matters going on with a condition. I cant not Express my gratitude enough to Dr. Taylor and the staff here. Thank you all for your care.
