Very clean and well stocked. We got everything on our list and of course more as to taking advantage of the reasonable pricing on bigger bulk items. Gas is so much cheaper here too so we are happy saving at the pumps as well.

**Download the APP!! I don’t think I would still be a member without the app because the lines, even in self checkout can be crazy. However, with the scan as you go function shopping is easy and I can get in and out with a full cart in about half an hour. The service from employees is either very good or very poor depending on who you end up getting but now that I don’t have to wait in the check out line and can renew memberships online I never have to talk to anyone besides the friendly sample givers. Great prices on fresh produce and an easy way to fill the freezer with meat and lazy day pre-made meals.

Love the bulk buying. Has a great choice for keto products. Flounder is wonderful and they carry my drinks Bang. The southwest salad kit is delicious. Just wish there was a location closer to me, it takes 45 minutes to get there.

I only go to Sam's about once a month normally, but since the pandemic, I have been there twice. On the most recent trip, I was VERY disappointed to see such a large number of shoppers in the Club without a mask. I understand that many people are unconcerned about getting COVID, but there are many of us who do not want to take it to elderly parents and other family members. I do not blame Sam's completely for this situation, but I do believe they could at least TRY to have people wearing masks. All of the employees were wearing masks and seemed to be conscientious about them. I do appreciate that!

Pick up was a good experience. Once I was parked, I checked in using the app and let them know what space I was in. Within a minute or so I was notified who was coming out to bring my order. It was around 20 items. It only took about 6 minutes for them to bring my items to my car. I opened the back lift and they everything in 3 boxes neatly set in and even left a little reusable gift bag with a drink, granola bar and coupon book. The man who brought my order was friendly and prompt. I use the pick up service often and will continue.

Just became a member today. Everything I needed and more. Very clean even restrooms looked nice. Didn't give 5 because the gas station don't accept cash.

I cannot compare this warehouse shopping club to others as we do not have a Costco in the community. If you like this type of shopping you will (or should be) a member. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tuesday mornings are a great time for avoiding heavy crowds.
