Beware renting from them. They may seem super nice and everything good until you move out. Even if everything was thoroughly cleaned and no damage of any sort, the entirety of my deposit was kept and no letter or explanation on why.

The landlord/owner is one of the worst people you will ever have to deal with, she only cares about the money and no satisfaction of the tenants in the apartments. Poor upkeep. Please do not move here unless it's your only option.

I have lived here approx. 14 months. The community is very quiet, landscaping is nice and the tenants/neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance guys are quick to make repairs and to replace things such as air filters, non-functioning microwaves etc. The complex is in a desirable location. It’s close to the mall, shopping centers and many restaurants. The only thing lacking is there is no workout facility and the pool is a little small but that’s shouldn’t be a deal breaker.

Please. Next time there is going to be work done on the roof when tenants are going to woken up on their only day off to thumping, hammering, and shingles flying off of the roof, let us know. Today marks the second day I have to be sure not to trip over wires, hoses, and tarps.

This is the best place I have lived. It's very quiet and peaceful, and everyone I have encountered is so nice. Also, the maintenance here is amazing!

We have lived here for 10 years, from July 2006 to July 2016. We love this quiet community. We have no intention of moving unless things are out of our control, such as the death of one of us. The office personell and the maintenance personell are the best.
