Staff Mark is awesome ! They put me to work ASAP after I submitted my application. The lady who helped me was very very nice, professional and helpful . She walked me through every step and the following morning I had a job . Thank god for staffing agencies like staffmark and the amazing lady that helped me !
Was given a pointless job for a month. Wasn't trained by a supervisor. The guy before me cleaned the tables 2x a day. Whereas I sat and waited for people to touch things for me to clean. I went on breaks with Tank and was never told not to. Apparently had complaints against me that they never told me about until the day the decided I was no longer need. This place is a joke. Do not let them fool you. There's a reason the turnover rate is so high. They also charge well over what they pay for your drug test and background check.
I applied with this company after a friend of mine recommended them ,as I desperately needed a job. My friend had a past of criminal activity and assured me that if he got on so could I. After applying and being forth coming of my past. I was given the run around of we need this paperwork and that. After 2 weeks of this I finally got what I had experienced so many times before \we can't help you\! My charges that I have on my background were 14-30 years old. I've driven semi trucks for the military thru companies that had several tons of explosives. And hauled millions of dollars of computer equipment that the govt. approved me to do. But my record stopped me from working at a manufacturing plant. Good old America thank for nothing!! This place is a joke,don't waste it time.
I applied to return to ao smith threw them which I worked there threw them in 2018 they approved me to come back after orientation nd drug screen they advise me I had to get my misdemeanor backround approved! None of my charges has changed since I worked for them before but the called me the next day said my misdemeanor wasn’t approved even tho it was the same as when I worked there before...it’s a joke
