I would give 5s if it hadn't been for the lady at check out being rude. The night shift was AMAZING. Our heater wasn't working it just kept blowing out cold air, the lady at the desk said I could have her own heater that by the way is what she was using to keep her warm. So I was gonna go to the office and get the heater an when I went to go the man was already at the door with it and plugged it up where I wanted it and was SUPER nice!!!

There is roaches crawling through the walls. The bathroom has a strong old urine smell. Haven't been to find other hotels with availability so we were stuck here. House keeping is very obnoxious in the mornings knocking very loud in the surrounding rooms so early waking up my baby. The toilet does not flush well. You have to attempt to flush many times to be successful in completely flushing everything down. Rooms are very small compared to other Super 8 hotel rooms we have stayed before. We got a non smoking room and the ENTIRE hall smells like a smoking room hall.
Very clean and no noise! One of the best hotels in Johnson city! Cleaning shows up every day! People at the front desk are very nice and helpful as well!
Was here on race weekend. Good enough for my family to lay their head. Not the ritz but I’m not picky.

This place doesn't deserve even one star. The people beside us shot into our room and it went through the wall, bathroom door, and shower into the next room. They refused to refund our money and said it would be different if someone had been killed. Unacceptable and definitely not a safe place to stay.
Don't stay here!! The halls constantly smelt like smoke and marijuana. A family member's room was shot into and went through several walls but yet they wouldn't refund our money unless someone was killed!! Staff were rude! The room was dusty and not cleaned well!! You would be better off to pay more money and go elsewhere.
This place is full of bed bug never waste your money here
