LOVE the cookie crate! The cookies are always delicious and the service is great! Plus it’s the cutest shop you will ever see if you appreciate aesthetically pleasing things like me! I’ve gotten plenty of their release boxes to tell you, you will not be disappointed! Every time I go into the store I have to get at least one of every cookie available! It’s all delicious! Go check it out and see for yourself!

Love this business! I have ordered multiple boxes and everyone has loved not only the cute packaging but most of all - the cookies! The taste is perfected and if you warm them up a few seconds - you won't know they didn't just come right out of the oven! Gluten free cookies - AMAZING! They will not disappoint no matter which cookie you choose or in their incredible service! Fun gifts to give!
It is a cool little place with homemade fresh cookies. Some different flavors to choose from. The main reason I didn't give 5 stars is cost. I thought it was a little expensive. The cookies are good, but for me, a bit too pricey.
The Cookie Crate has a high level of customer service that I can appreciate and get behind. They are attentive in their customers viewing of their website and will try to make your situation right. Of all my friends I have sent packages to, they have RAVED about the quality of the cookies and the packaging that they come in. Their branding is so aesthetically pleasing! You won't go wrong buying these for your friends and family!
The cookies taste great! The cookies are not overly sweet so I felt like I could eat more than one. The s’mores cookie is seasonal and is delicious! The red velvet is amazing as well. They also have an amazing online ordering process. I was able to use Apple Pay which meant checking out and ordering the cookies took all of 15 seconds. I ordered in the middle of the day and the next morning I had already received a shipping confirmation. I am extremely pleased with their process. I have ordered a lot of cookies online with other companies and The Cookie Crate by far has the best system in place for ordering.
Good quality cookies! We got two of every flavor to taste and they were all delicious. The chocolate chip cookie stayed nice and soft for at least a few days. Only two cookies seemed to dry out a little too quickly if you don’t want to eat them all in a couple of days and they were part of the Valentine’s box.
The Cookie Crate is dedicated to the quality of their cookies, their packaging, and their customer service! I experience so much JOY as the giver because I know how much JOY the person I am sending a box to will experience when they open their box of fresh baked cookies with confetti and a personalized handwritten note. This is the best surprise to send to express congratulations, condolences, thinking of you, new homeowners, or just because.
The cookies are definitely not worth the price. Sent to me from a dear friend. The red velvet was dry and the cookies did not taste fresh. What a disappointment. The girl I spoke to about my complaint was rude. I do not recommend!!!
