I purchased a 'safety alert' expanding wristband bracelet and had it engraved there as well. The engraving is a little hard to see first off, almost like you have to shine light just the right way to read it easily. Other than that the initial service received was great. However, in less than a year, my bracelet has broken from stress and I returned to get help fixing it. I wasn't greeted when I walked up because the person working there was on the phone, when she was done, a 'friend' from another kiosk was waiting there and she started talking to him immediately after hanging up the phone, still no greet. When they get done chatting, she just turns and stares at me without saying a word. Long story short, I explained the problem and asked about returns or even possibly repairs and her answer was a resounding "I have no idea, I don't even do the jewelry here. Maybe talk to the manager tomorrow?" I left with no solution at all. Needless to say, I won't be back with that kind of customer dissatisfaction. Update: store is no longer open and did not open a new location
