Awesome toy store! Lots of different things for kids of all ages and tastes. We come here frequently to let the kids walk around and get that "magical toy store feeling". I really hope this isn't one of the many toys r us that ends up closing because it's the last toy store we know of.

In order to appease my parents' request to purchase a Christmas present for my young brother Xavier, I began my search for a proper article of entertainment within the fine halls of the Toys R Us Franchise located in Johnson City, New York. The young lad has taken rather excitedly to the study of exotic minerals, so after lightly inspecting the stock of this well-organized and brightly lit facility, I was able to successfully locate a product containing a fantastic assortment of minerals, with proper labeling and a high-quality magnifying glass, enabling close inspection of the provided samples. 5 stars.
Store personell was wonder! They were happy and very helpful. However the prices of toys r us are overstated and even with the 10% discount I could purchase the item cheaper at Target or Amazon.
The staff was very helpful while I was choosing a bigger car seat for my daughter. They even brought it up to the register and took it out to my car for me so I didn't have to juggle a large box and my toddler. Very nice and much appreciated, I will definitely be back!
I Wish they were still in business. I used to go there every weekend and pick something out. One ritual I'm going to miss.
Don't get suckered in by closing "sales"!!! At mist 30% off some products no one bought in the 1st place and maybe lucky enough to get 10% off something worth while. Let them fade in to the sunset and save money on-line or ese where.
Very helpful friendly staff, excellent customer service. It will be terrible when it closes. My daughter will not have a store where she will be able to see so many toys. No store in our area have a wide variety of toys. No stores have a full selection of all the baby items u need either. It's a huge loss of a store with so many needs and wants for a baby and child .
Some of the staff are just plan rude. It's not fun seeing it go but if the staff are any indication of how the store is managed then it's not a shock. That being said like all places there are some nice ones.
